With the exception of the National Parks in the North region, hardly accessible during the rain season, Cameroon can be visited during any season.

It all depends on where you want to go …
The South region is covered with tropical forest, and has four seasons during the year : two dry seasons from January to March and from July to September, and to rain seasons from April to June and from October to December.
In the North, on the contrary, there are just two seasons well defined : a rain season from June to October, and a dry season the rest of the year.
Variations exist in the West of the country, where heavy rains occur in July, August and September, and on the coast where rainfall average is regular all year long.
